We have provided shelter and return to honor: PM

Regarding providing shelter to Rohingyas who fled to flee to violence in Myanmar, PM Sheikh Hasina said, “When I gave shelter, I will take the arrangements to return it to my country with great respect.”

He said this at a public gathering at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Saturday after returning to the United States and United Kingdom.

The Rohingyas will temporarily be kept in the vasancar of Noakhali.

The public reception is given to the Prime Minister for attracting the attention of the world through the presentation of the Rohingya issue in the international arena including the United Nations.

The PM Sheikh Hasina returned home

The PM Sheikh Hasina returned home on Saturday morning after a three-week visit to the United States in addition to the United States to attend the 72nd session of the United Nations.
